Last night John &amp;amp; I went &amp;amp; picked up around 700lbs of new bumper plates (mostly 45s), &amp;amp; yesterday I put the finishing touches on the first of two “coffin” boxes which are meant for use by two people at either 20” or 24” (this will give us ten boxes at BOTH 20” &amp;amp; 24”). There will be more bumpers coming, some slamballs, we just got 10 more jumpropes, a few more med balls, &amp;amp; Dan from CF Woodbridge gave us 90’ of rope last night that we have no idea what to do with (don’t worry - I’ll think of something).&lt;br/&gt;We have pretty much filled this gym with any &amp;amp; every thing that you can think of for maximum awesomeness. The new barbells will be for weightlifting (the Olympic kind) only, &amp;amp; will be kept on a separate rack. There are very few things I can think of that I want, &amp;amp; we don’t have. Dream gym is almost complete.       <title>The Fittest on Earth?</title>

If we are the only organization to define fitness, then we are the ones who can crown the fittest. The football player/olympian debates have been debunked, but there are still some who think the notion of our champion as “The Fittest” is ridiculous.&lt;br/&gt;I’d like to hear what you guys think. Try ring HSPU. They may not be as difficult skill wise, but it’ll take you 10 minutes to get up the courage just to kick up onto the rings. No, you don’t all have to try it - but technically, to be Rx’d, it’s rings for the men &amp;amp; plates for the ladies. Friday will be an individual (no it won’t be the super scary rope climb WOD), &amp;amp; Saturday will be one of the team events. Next week we will get back to a normal schedule for the Weightlifters, &amp;amp; Powerlifters. &lt;br/&gt;I hope you guys are having fun doing these workouts. Someone I was sitting with at the Games made the comment, “This may be the only sport in the world that almost all the spectators compete in.” We are all seeing how we’d fair against the absolute best in the world just a few days after the world championships, that’s pretty cool. The WODs are harder than they look, aren’t they?
